Will of Wilson Stafford of Ashley 1835


In the name of God, Amen.
The first day of June One thousand eight hundred and thirty five.
I Wilson Stafford of the parish of Ashley in the County of Northamptonshire Wheelwright and Carpenter being of sound mind memory and understanding do make this my last Will and Testament at the same time utterly revoking all former Wills made by me declaring this to be my last Will and Testament ?
First I give and bequeath to my son William Stafford or his heir the sum of Five shillings to my son Francis Stafford, the sum of Ten pounds to my son John Stafford the sum of Ten pounds to my son Thomas Stafford the sum of Ten pound of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid by my executor out of my dwelling house twelve months and one day after my decease.
Also I bequeath to my son Francis my weaving ?
Also I give and bequeath such household furniture and money I have at my decease to be equally divided amongst my four sons namely Francis ? John Samuel Thomas
And lastly after all my just debts are paid I give and bequeath the whole rest and residue of my estates whether real or personal and everything I am possessed of whatsoever to my son Samuel Stafford of the Parish of Ashley.
At the same time I do appoint William Garris Senior Butcher of Ashley to be my trustee of this my last Will and Testament to which I have hereunto set my had seal this first day of June One thousand eight hundred and thirty five.
