Identity of Charles Russell

Charles is known from family sources, that he was a blacksmith from Norfolk.
His identity is well established from cenesus.
His birth was in Fakenham about 1809 and only one suitable baptism has been found.
This establishes his parents as Richard and Mary Russsell.
To date the only corroborating evidence for this is that Richard was a wheelwright.

A handwritten note left by Joy Stafford states:
"Grandmother - Deborah Ann Mary Russell had a brother Oscar who had 3 children - Ralph, Annie and Maud, and a half-brother Graham.
Maud married Arthur Ewart-Jones and they had 2 sons, Ewart and Ronald"
However, so far nothing has been found for an Oscar Russell brother or Deborah.
