This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Stafford of Medbourne in the County of Leicester Widow. I Give and Devise unto Josiah Hodgson of Medbourne aforesaid Gentleman and his heirs. All and singular my Messuages Cottages Clover Lands tenements and hereditaments whatsover and wheresoever and also all and singular my Goods and Challtels and personal estate whatsoever and wheresover and appoint him full an sole Esxecutor of this my Last Will and Testament In Witness whereofe I have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this twenty fouth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty one.
Signed sealed published and declared by the above named Mary Stafford the Testatrix as aut (?) for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have subscribed our names as Witnesses to the source in the presence of the said Testatrix
