Identity of Francis Stafford

The identity of Francis as the father of Thomas is well established from the marriage certificate, census data and suitable baptism.
Likewise the marriage of Francis to Anne Freestone is well established.
Based on his age in the censuses, and place of birth there is a suitable baptism at Ashley. This does not appear in the online indexes I have checked. When I first viewed the register in about 2000 it was still in use in St Mary's church.
Therefore the identify of Francis is fairly certain.
